what is the best kit for a budget that will cool my cpu n. bridge and ati vid card.

DD GPU block seems to be good, any block for NB is good as it produces only little of heat.
For CPU - WhiteWater seems to have the best efficiency Vs price ratio.

Tubing - get tygon / clearflex / gutasyn (or guttasyn?) in local hardware shop, prices @ e-shops are just a scam.
Rad - used car heatercores & car rads have the best efficiency vs price, you can eventually get new one, but of course, for more.

Pump - DannerMag 3 seems to be the best choice, Via will be too weak for 3 blocks. Eventually, you can try to get cheaper pump with around 10ft head.

I have no idea what your saying with the "DD." So its better to build my own system instead of buying a kit???
