Yesterday I put together my new system. An Epox 4PCA3+ Ver 2 with a 2.4C. But that's were the fun ended. When I start it up I get a FF code on error readout and continuous beeping. After reading the manual I found that I need a video card that works at only 1.5v. The two cards I tried were a ATI AIW Radeon and a Nvidia GeForce2 MX400. Are these cards able to work at 1.5v or are they 3.3v. Also I get the same error code even when the video card is removed. Does that motherboard work differently when most? Normally the motherboard would beep out a code for a missing or bad video card.
