Question about my fan

I've got the mini copper orb from ThermalTake and I believe it sucks air towards it because I dont feel any outblast, so would this make my comp hotter and if so can I reverse it to blowing?

the ORB isnt a really good hsf and to be honest you would find greater temprature improvement by using a better hsf

Yeah, I just dont feel like blowing $40+ on a fan right now because I just spent quite a bit on a new CPU and motherboard. This damn thing cost $15...it shouldve atleast had the decency to come with a note that says "I blow"
