IS7 series =Cheap for the krazy performance
IC7 series = Expensive but you get the krazy gidgets and gadgets.......

Well i got some xms 3200 ram ver 1.2 hehe
will that work well

Just make sure you don't "mix" versions of ram if you're about to run them in dual channel mode.

AFAIK, ver 1.2 is CH-5 chipset.. as long as they are the same, you'll be fine, but dont mix the Ch-5 with Bh-5 memories.. I did.. wont go over 270FSB whatsoever in DC.
