Dude, whats your question? I used to have a Pro II S, now I have the 865 Pro II. I liked that board a lot. Good voltage adjustments, nice layout and stable. I had a 2.2 @ 2.8 on air with it...running nice and smooth.

Anyways, what do you need to know?

i want to know: this motherboard work with p4 2.4c(800) or no.
i have this p4 2.4c(800) instead of p4 2.4b(533@800)
on site albatron.com.tw is written: "this motherboard not support 800fsb" or this statement is wrone

statement is right, it does not support that processor.
