Hard to get any meaning out of them since mbm isn't really an accurate reading. One thing that I did notice is that the high and the average on your 5v rail is the same. To me that looks like it is at least holding at a steady voltage, which is a good thing. The # being lower than 5v could just be chalked up to the innacurate readings off the motherboard. Test with a multimeter if you are really worried.

Well would you know if my mobo runs off of the 5v or the 12v?

The 3.3V and 5V look kinda low, but if the system is stable then thats OK. You may encounter problems if you add more RAM, Hard disks or optical drives, or a faster video card.

well as you can see from my sig i can only OC to 158Mhz and im not sure if it is my memory or my PSU rails. I dont lose any stablity going from stock 133FSB to 158FSB at 1.75v and when i try ot go past 158FSB with a higher Vcore it wont get past post. On my mobo i can change the FSB to 166 and vcore by .025v and tryed all settings to get it past post and still nothing. right now i just lost my job so i dont have the cash to get either a new PSU or new memory.
