View Full Version : Need help with AMD1200 overclocking
I've been trying to get a nice o/c while being stable, I had my CPU up to 1350 but after awhile i'll have trouble booting up again, at first I thought it was hot but it has'nt gone up over 45C yet. Do I have to change my Vcore or something? Right now I leave it at 1260, and the same with my Video card when I change my core and memory clocks can I leave them there and not worry about temp? or just change them for benchmarking, I had it at 300/500.
Thanks
Well, u could try to up the VCore a little, but u will have to keep a close eye on ur temp's, cuz increasing the Vcore make's a lot more heat, so be careful. Keep it under 55C, and MAX is 60C. Otherwise, I think that should solve ur CPU problem.
I'm sorry bit I can't help u with the vidcard thing, cuz I don't have one myself, so I don't know how the temp's is suppose to be, sorry.

300 mhz core on your Grafics card? woah... what is it? just keep the vid card stable, temps effect stability, so if it is stable your temps should be ok i think. just run overclocked if you want, but if you only overclock for benchmarks it is kinda a waste =(.

What are your processor codes ? I have the avia9 1.2/266 running 1.33stable but it doesn't like anything higher . this seems to be close to the limit for eveeryone with the avia9,the avia-y will go1.4-1.5 and so will the axia chips
