How Far Do I dare To Go?

Just got a new setup, how far do I go with overclocking? System is running standard at the moment.

This puppy just begs to be yanked faster!!!

Well you can try going as far as it will go, just watch your CPU temps and don't let them get above 60 C. I don't think u can go to high without a new CPU fan though, the coolermasters probly can't handle that much CPU wattage when going above 1.4 ghz.

You might want to consider a better HSF, I doubt the Coolermaster can handle much over 1.5gig. Here are a few new ones that can handle the heat;

It'll go as far as it can, it's just up to you to find that point and push it a little farther ;-)

yoll do it real moderate at first the the "ITCH" will hit you and youll go higher and higher till you cant go any higher. then youll wanna buy a water cooler then a bigger psu, better memory, then youll get stuck again and it will never stop lol "God i luv this"

i think u forgot about burning in the cpu
some say burning in doesnt work but it worked for me

i use to be able to only do 950 until i burned in the cpu with seti@home then now i can do 990
