Either you're spending $530 on watercooling, or I'm doing something wrong here. Granted, your Barton is $30 more, but I hope you use the cache instead of the extra 400 Mhz.
I say pick up a TEC, or spring for a Prometia.

WOW, good call.
So, +$220?
$300 on WC? Sounds good.
also, the WD1200JB is not the fastest 120GB 7200rpm drive any more.
the fastest is now the Hitachi/IBM 7K250.
the 7K250's average transfer rate should be around 7~10MB/s more, and the seek times are faster.
the rest of your components choice look very nice.

RAID > all
that's true. but 2 fast drives in raid would be faster than 2 slow drives in raid.
also, RAID isn't always better, as seek times are not as good as with a single drive.
sustained transfer rate goes way up though.

I have a Sonata (and love it), and know that it is a really small case. Watercooling can be done in one (I personally haven't), but it is a tight fit. Just wanted to let you know.

the radiator can be mounted where the 120mm fan mounts behind the hdd bay, and theres still some space to mount even a 38mm thick fan onto the radiator. the set-up would probably have to be t-line, b/c i doubt i could fit a reservoir or have tubing that fould fit up to the optical bay area.
