I can not get this to work in my shortcut, its says that its invalid. any idea's of why?

Also, is there a way to skip the protien that is givin to you?

The shortcut you use to launch the client should have an edited target line like so:

"C:/path/to/your/folding/directory/FAH3Console.exe" -advmethods -forceasm

In some windows versions the quotes are absent.

Post your log file, most likely you do not have a space after the quotes. In the target you need to add it like "C\whatever\whatever\FAH" -advmethods

And no you can not 'skip' a protein, you can delete the unit by deleting the work folder, the que file and then restarting the client.
