You probably answered this question 100 times.. but I didnt find it the forum :( I am running stock p4 cooling and I hate it! it is extreamly noisy and bad! I was thinking to switchin to water cooling.. I know the basics but I was just wondering which is quiter? Stock cooling? a high end fan? or water cooling (custom built)?

depends on what you choose.

if you are not after top notch performance, for very low noise, get a Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu.

Costs a lot less than watercooling. Around $40.
