It seems like both of these are excellent cooling solutions, but has anyone actually compared them head to head? I guess it would be hard to compare unless you actually used the same fan on each unit. Has anyone done this?

Thanks as always...

this basically says theyre all very good, its just what you prefer in noise levels. i have a glaciator and its great, i just had some problems fitting it on my mobo, stupid asus. i cant reach 1.5, but it isnt because of heat, i dont understand whats wrong.

Thanks for the link. I was hoping to get some results that were independent of the fan, but nonetheless some good info.

I don't care for the noise of the Delta 38, so I'll probably go with the SK6 heatsink and a Sunon high output fan. I just hope the SK6 will clear the capacitors on my FIC AD11 mb.

copper is not as efficient as aluminum so keep the delta on the copper heatsink. the SK6 is so pretty go with that one!
