I want to put a heatsink on my Northbridge, but I would like to know it's orientation. I wish I could tell, but the evil *******s at Abit make the hsf a circle so you can't tell. So if I ripped it off would it be a square parallel to the CPU or a diamond?

Edit: Guh, it's an NF7-S, my badness.

-Thanks, Overcrocked

Hv at look at the other side of the board, (the back side), u can tell by the way the IC is soldered.

It is diamond (at an angle to the CPU socket).

Alright, an answer. Thank you! I didn't want to open my computer up, and I figured a lot of people knew this off-hand so I asked expecting get a quick response. Oh well.
