I have been looking on website for a while now but i still dont get how to use it?
Please give me clear instruction.

Either burn it onto a CD and set your CD-ROM as the primary boot device or put the program on an executable floppy disk and it will automatically run as your system boots up.

ok there are two ways to do this...
1) Use a floppy
2) Use a CD
I like using a cd so....
1) DL the cd version
2) I think you need to extract it make sure you have the .iso file unzipped
3) Get your fav burning prog and click burn image and find the .iso file and burn it
4) Now set up your computer through the bios to boot up off the cdrom first
5) Put your cd in and restart your computer and thats it

how big is the cd version? is it better than the flopper version?

No, it's the exact same program as the floppy version, it's just made for the "advanced" people that don't think they need a floppy drive in their system.
