ok... i have a 1.2... AXIA... alpha pal6035, and i can easily change the multiplier.... but, i just got in 256mb of crucial cas2... all of a sudden, i cant overclock the FSB past 117, should i force 4-way interleave, and what settings should i leave the memory on, turbo, fast... etc. Also, i put active cooling on the northbridge... Blueorb/copperfoot... makes the comp WAY more stable... considering the price, 7$, i'd pick a few up if i were you.... www.puicorp.com they have pretty good customer service...

Wow, you got your kt7 up to 117 fsb? I could only get mine to 104 before weird stuff started happening. You're on the right track in my opinion. I would tinker with the memory settings although Crucial memory is very overclockable as far as I know.
Try setting your cas latency to 3 and see if that works. If it does you are limited by your memory.

Do you have the memory speed set to hstclk (100) or hstclk+pciclk (133 ) ?
If that's it you might be trying to run your ram too fast. You can also select the slowest settings in bios to see if that fixes it.
btw, do you have the kt7, or the kt7A board?
the kt7's could only do 110-115 before they got unstable, kt7A's start at 133 and go up from there
