1.2 not getting anywhere

iv been messing around oc'ing without much luck on my 1.2, anyone have any tips, i can not even get to 1.3 which is annoying, also i havent unlocked my multiplier, not sure if i have to anyways but what would be better at 1.2 (100 x 12 ) or (133 x 9 ) i got better results using sandra with the 2nd but not sure. thanks and if you got a similar setup what voltage are you using would helpt thanks. joe.

well... congrats on getting a great chip... i have one as well... first off, the chip should be unlocked by the factory... check in BIOS, i know that mine was. Second...i would use the 133x9 if you arent overclocking... it means that the mem is doing 133mhz, and if you use the 100x12, make sure to set the ram to hstclk+pciclock, which will also run it at 133... what alpha HS are you using? did you use arctic silver? what are your temps, if you want to, e-mail me sharkytm@hotmail.com and ill send all my system specs along... .Good luck
