I checked for AA and AF and it was disabled. Is my system being bottlenecked?

I simply have no idea what is going on as on my nforce 2 board I was getting 14k points....

Any help/input is welcome!

my first guess is you have it set to highest details.background programs maybe?there is no way you should be scoreing lower than me

*edit ive noticed with the 3.8's sometimes i have to hit apply to turn off aa/af then ok then apply again at the 3d screen to get the aa/af settings to stick

I dont think that's bad for an untweaked system. I guess I havent heard what the 64 is SUPPOSED to pull off, but I would assume that it would be about equal the 3200+ because there is really no huge difference in clock speeds on them (aside from the cache). Took me major overclocks on my 3000+ 400fsb to get 18k.

i use the cat 3.7's and I just tried it again at 800x600 and got 4000 more points :o I cant wait to get an XT and hopefully get 18k... that is my goal

you should be doing much better than that. all scores are compared at the standard 1024x768 btw. even i get 17k @ 1024x768.

judging by your nature score, you have aa/af enabled. turn it off and overclock your cpu and you should get like 17k marks

I'm wondering, why arn't you OCing that CPU at least a little?
your scores should go way up.

his nature fps is 47 I think. I get 85fps on my ti4200. he should get like 120fps in nature, as for your 18k you must have a reeeeeeeeeeally high video overclock since my cpu owns yours

my gpu core was at 380mhz i think and my ram was at 314mhz (618mhz DDR ) your cpu might own mine in mhz but my fsb is 32mhz faster

score at stock speeds is in first post.. about 11k. I have everything installed for mobo and I use 3.7 cats.

I dont OC my cpu yet because my system isnt stable. For the past half hour I have been trying to get my system to run 3dmark again. It keeps freezing :( A64 is giving me nothing but troubles but I still love it :(

could it be your ram thats making it freeze ???

hrmmmmm......it might be your ram...and your saying it is having stability issues...this might be hurting your score:(?

Fuzzy

it was stable before, i was able to take 3 tests right in a row :/

My ram could be freezing? :o I havnt even tried tweaking my ram.. :/

Futuremark and 3DMark are evil. If you are happy with your performance in apps and games I wouldn't even worry about it.

nice fuzzy, never blame AMD unless your 100% sure its there product lol

thats more like it. now you need new ram then overclock everything and you should get 22k marks :)

Steven4563
