I duno if i should get a 1.2Ghz or a 1.33Ghz i've heard that 1.33Ghz's o/c ablity is vgood but my HSF is the following:
CAK38 w/5800rpm fan
Artic silver II
is my HSF okay for 1.33Ghz if i o/c it to at least 1.5Ghz??
or 1.2Ghz o/c to bout1.4Ghz

On the front of overclockers.com is a CPU database the information in there will give you some indication as to what speeds people are hitting with each CPU and you may be able to make your choice based on that information

The CAK38 sounds like a nice hsf - not quite the best out there but definitely a good performer. It should be fine for an oc to about 1.5gigs or so, providing the chip can take it of course! There's a good review of the CAK38 here (http://www.iamnotageek.com/cgi-bin/reviews.cgi?name=cak38&p=1) so you can see what you can expect from it.
As for the chip, I think the probable benefit of getting a 1.33 is that you should have a good chance of getting an AYHJA chip. I don't know what proportion of the 1.33 giggers are AYHJA, but I don't think you can get 1.2gig AYHJA's - if you go for the 1.2gig you'll probably end up with an AXIA. I'd just go with whatever your budget can take - there's not a huge price difference between the two, so don't stress about it too much.
