1.2Ghz or 1.33Ghz???

I duno if i should get a 1.2Ghz or a 1.33Ghz i've heard that 1.33Ghz's o/c ablity is vgood but my HSF is the following:
CAK38 w/5800rpm fan
Artic silver II
is my HSF okay for 1.33Ghz if i o/c it to at least 1.5Ghz??
or 1.2Ghz o/c to bout1.4Ghz

yep, it should be fine for the 1.33 ghz especially using some AS2.
