i got a NF7 rev2.0 and soon i am going to be watercooling the whole system.... right now with zero mods and the stock nb heatsink (with AS3) i get 227FSB w/ 1.7v vdd...

will watercooling the northbridge be worth it?

will i get the same results by getting this : http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/minochcokit.html

(looks like something id want because of the mosfet sinks)

i will prolly do the vdd mod and vdimm mod once i get everything watercooled

I personaly din't gain anything from water cooling the NB. The reason I did it on my old A7N8X was because without passive airflow from the CPU heatsink the NB was getting really freakin hot.

I have the same question right now. I want to get the Swiftech 159A cooler for the NB on my NF7-S, but it's the same price as a waterblock would be. Which one would be better to get? I'd hate to drop my CPU temps by too much, but watercooling is more effective than aircooling.
