What to get now

What do you think i should get? I have 100 dollars, and whatever i get i need 20 dollars for shipping costs etc. So i realy only have 80. Here is what i have so far:

ASUS A7A266
Duron 750 @ 933 (7X133) 1.725v I HATE THIS CHIP!
128mb Pc133 up to 140 CAS2 (crap)
250watt power supply
really crappy heatsink/fan

eventually i would like to get a 1.33/1ghz thunderbird, and clock that to at least 1.4ghz. Lets say i get a 1ghz and it goes to 1.4ghz. Will my 250watt psu handle it?

What i want to get:

256mb/128mb PC2100
1ghz AXIA/1.33ghz
400watt psu
thermalright SK-6 heatsink

.....so what should i get?

Looking at your systems current configuration, I would say you are in need of a better PSU. The reason for this is;
1. You are on the outer limits of your current PSU.
2. If you decide to get a 1.33 or 1.4 T-Bird, the 250 watt will cause problems.
3. Everything else you can live with, exception being HSF. But they are easily under $40 delivered.
I have the Enermax 431 watt PSU and really like it. Antec's are also well made. There are Antec's at pricewatch that are $78 delivered, that leaves you enough for a better HSF. The vantec FCE62540D is a very good HSF.
