Windows Skins

I dl'd a windows skin and dont know how to install it. All it is, is a file. The file is a .wba. Can someone tell me how to install this and a good place to find windows skins/themes/the things that change your whole comp...lol

Yeah i got RadioActive.wba from wincustomize...any idea how to install it?

You need to have StyleXP to use a skin. You can get it from http://tgtsoft.com :)

Thats a windowblinds skin. So you would have to have windowblinds (http://www.windowblinds.net) installed to use it.:)
