I just bought MSI FX5600 VTDR128 and a MSI 648 MAX motherboard.

I have installed the latest drivers both in bios and video bios, latest directx too.

When i try to press the MSI Clock button on Display Properties I get the error message : "invalid pNvuClockInit".

When i press ok to this message the 2D clock is 54 MHZ and 3D clock has a question mark near it instead of a value! The memory clock is set to 100 MHZ!

What is going wrong and how can i fix this ?

I saw another message from a user saying that this can be fixed by setting : AGP Apature memory ram to 128 , and Disable Video Rom Sharing.. I do the first but the second is not in my bios!

Thank you!

Sounds to me like you didn't properly uninstall the drivers to your old video card. First thing I'd do is go into Windows safe mode, delete all the Nvidia drivers for your graphics card, then go back into windows, go on google, and search for a utility to remove all traces of the old drivers[There are lots and shouldn't be difficult to find, I just can't name any off the top of my head]. Either that or a clean format will do. In fact, I would recommend a clean format when installing a new motherboard anyways.
