It says this protien is worth 53 points, 100 frames. I am workin on this protien right now and it says mine is 500 frames... misprint? or do ya think this one is worth 250+ points? ;)

I'm crunching 3 of those right now and all of them are 100 frames. About 18hrs at 2150. On your rig it will also take about 18 hrs. My P4 @ 2484 is doing 10:44 min per frame = 17:43hrs.

It says mine is 500 frames, so am i going to get points for 100 when i get 100 done? or do i get the points for 500?

There are either 400 Frame tinkers or 100 frame Gromacs but they do display as 500 frame and even 2500 frames but either way you only get the points that it's worth, 53.3 and it doesn't take any longer of a time when it's listed as 500 frames or 2500 frame or 100 frames.
