Which mobo is best for this cpu/ram config?

Hello everyone!

I am currently building a mach II cooled system and was wondering which mobo (IC7 max3 or P4c800-e) would be best for what I want to accomplish?

Cpu i will be using: 3.0 or 3.2
Ram: mushkin pc3500 black lvl 2 (bh5)

I am basically going to try going for 5:4 with as high fsb as I can along with tight timings and pat. I am going to need to pump a lot of juice in the ram to get there so that is a major consideration in my mobo choice.

So, what do you guys think?

actually both are nice boards that'll do the job. even running a prommie you are probably gonna hit the cpu max b4 either fsb fails.
