Palomino Compatibility?

I know for a fact that nothing but AMD Dualy boards officially support the Athlon4 (MP).... but is there anything stopping me from throwing one on my KT7A-RAID until I can manage to scrape up some dough for nForce or a dually board?

And... does anyone remember how long it took the geforce 2 to come down to $250 from release? (just for comparison purposes to the GF3).

I was wondering the same thing. I heard that for some motherboards, all you will need is a BIOS update to support the lower voltages.
