Asus or Gigabyte...?

i just ordered a Gigabyte motherboard from newegg... i don't remember the model but it's the $83 one... they already shipped it and i was wondering if i should have gotten the Asus with the 6 usb 2.0 and 2 firewire ports... it's $117... i got with it the Barton 2800+ and a 512 pc3200... i'm not really that big on overclocking, but i'd probably try to run the 2800+ at atleast 2100 or 2200 mhz... but that's it... would the Gigabyte be up to this...?
