well, i am sorry to tell you this, but Coolermaster heatsink's aren't very good. I have got no idea about your motherboard. I think some of them can overclock tho. Just look for the FSB setting, and select something not too far from 133, maybe try 140, and then so on, but don't select anything over 160, as your hard drive may go corrupt, but you can avoid this by turning off dma in your bios. This is because of the high pci bus speeds or 40+. It should be ok up to 41, but once you hit 41.5+ it goes corrupt. Trust me from experience.
Now when the heatsink it rated at 1.4ghz, that is by AMD's standard of heat. So that means that @ 1.4ghz the chip is below 65C, or near it. I would be very scared if my computer was even near 65C, i wouldn' even like it, if it was at 50C! But if you put a better fan on it, and some good thermal grease, i think you should be just fine! Just watch the temps. Remeber overclock little by little.

well it appears that theres is a jumper ont he board that switches between pc133 and pc100, but there are dip switches that can choose from 5x to 12.5x and my max CPU voltage looks to be 1.85 volts. do you have a recommendation on a better hsf than the coolermaster for my 1.33ghz?
I have one of those hsf's, if you get rid of the fan they give you and stick on a good one, you can get some decent performance from them. I have it on my older athlon system(old 750) and i can keep it under 50' at 1000.
