Thermal Tape, Where can I get it?

I've been looking for some thermal tape to mount extra fins to a heatspreader. The only place I have seen thermal tape is for computer heatsinks so I thought this would be a good place to ask.
I'm using the tape for a non-computer related project that may get below freezing at times. Does anyone know if the tape will hold up in the cold?

Try Radio Shack!Thermal Tape should be good for cold or hot.

No luck at the rad shack. I thought I'd be able to find it at any performance cooling site, but I'm wrong. Any on else have ideas?
