i cant seem to find where to change my ramtimings in the bios.......ive looked and come to the conclusion that they arent there or im just a stupid n00b a need to look harder.

any way.....do they have a weird name or something? please help

I can' t remember the title but first sub-heading under the cpu heading. You must disable it and ram timings will appear under that sub-heading.

BTW, it would be wise to update the bios first. I think there is an update..

Think it's something like "advanced->enable memory timing by SPD". Set to Disable and you'll see the mem timing settings.
