There could be many reasons including heat
Can you tell us a little more about your system and the settings your using and tempratures

Temp is at 41 C or 104 F
FSB @ 133
CPU @ 7.5
Voltage @ 1.7

Ok, we need specifics. For example, idle temps, load temps, ram (cas latency, manufacturer).
7.5 X 133 = 1000mhz not 933
7.5 X 124 = 933
To find out how high your memory can go, set your multiplier to 5 or 5.5. Set your fsb to 133 CAS2. Go into windows and run 3dmark2001 benchmark. If it runs it stably, than your ram should be stable @ 133 CAS2. try it @ 140 CAS2, repeat the above, and keep increasing fsb, until it proves unstable (kicks out to the desktop/freezes)
What heatsink/fan are you using. Just provide us with the info and we would be very happy to help!
GOOD LUCK!
