Explorer.exe starting folder

Any way to change the folder that opens when you start explorer.exe in WinXP? I tried adding a shortcut with a different start in folder, but that didn't work. Figured it may need a registry edit, but I didnt see anything likely to change. Is it just some regedit I am missing, or something else?
