Not enoute quota to process command? O_o

This is strange. and it didnt ever happen untill i switched over to the nforce platform. If i leave my system for a while, I cannot make it do anything. it gives me the error in the subject for some reason... has anyone else had these issues? I click on something, and it just doesnt load it. or i get that error.
