reinstalled AIM...OE is slow

So...i just reinstalled AIM 5.2 (after disliking the beta), and installed DeadAIM 4.1 also. out of nowhere...outlook express takes about 5 minutes to load...and its driving me nuts! I had this problem before...and it had something to do with msn messanger...but i completely uninstalled that a long time ago.

any ideas or suggestions? - thanks a lot

alright - so now when i close OE...after it loaded...it closed AIM. also...when OE finally loaded...it closed AIM...and opened it up again...

its driving me nuts!!

Outlook express by default automatically opens messenger when you open OE. Try reinstalling messenger, maybe OE hangs while looking for messenger? Or change OE settings to not open up messenger. Good luck!
