I know that the Iwill has a thing in the bios were you can overclock so does that mean I don't have to do that pencil trick?

Nope if the L1 bridges are cut then you need to connect them to up the multiplier. It may show the options in the BIOS but will boot back to default.

Well actually if you have a locked AMD chip, the only thing you can change in the bios under Iwill smart settings is the FSB.
Changing the multiplier or the voltage will have no affect unless you do the pencil trick.

Some of the higher end ones do yes, but some will be locked again soon in order to force low multipliered boards to think that they can do higher multipliers.

lol!! they are just better leaveing themn unlocked because people are just going to find away around it....
