It has the die size on one of the pages I listed. Look at them closely, it may not be apparent that it is it.

i did lap it a littel though, (bad job) shouldn't make much of a difference bcause i lapped it fo rlike 10 seconds lopl

I have one. Its a bit scratched on the top. I would say it needs to be lapped. It still has some Arctic Alum epoxy in it too. Mind if I ask why you want these? Just wondering.
