Question regarding Stock NB fan on Abit IC7 MAX3

Anyone know with what the standard IC7 MAX3 fan and sink are stuck to the Northbridge, I lifted the clips and genly tried to remove it but it wont even bulge. And I hate to apply force. Anyone tried it ? Advice on how to do it ?

Well my IC7-G v1.1 came with the same NB HSF as the MAX3 and I had no problem taking it off. I made gentle sideway movements until it got loose. I'm glad I did it cause on mine the thermal "guey" they used had a hole right in the middle of the NB chip...
