Does ne1 have one and what speeds have you gotten stable and what voltages?
I had a K6-2 450 but it would only do 500 and even that wasn't very stable. The 350s overclock a little better. You may be able to get 450 with some good cooling and a little luck. The max voltage I could recommend is 2.6-2.7. If you are a brazen overclocker then you may want to try removing the aluminum cover off the chip to expose the core. If you don't want to go that far you could try lapping the chip just like you would with a heatsink.

I took the aluminum cover off mine and it wasnt that hard, There is only glue at the corners, one corner at a time I put some lighter fluid on it to break down the glue and cut through it with a exacto knife, looks almost like a t-bird under there.

Why did they stop using the safety cap? I know it would have saved me about 5 CPUs...

I never could get more than 400 Mhz stable from my old K6II.
But I did not use a very good heatsink as it is my secondary system and I didnīt want to spend money on it.
