does the sl-75frn2-rl(nforce2 ultra 400) unlock the multiplier?

does the sl-75frn2-rl unlock the multiplier automaticaly on a amdxp 2500+ barton?(heard somewhere that nforce 2's unlock the multiplier automaticaly) if so what should be the safe range for it?(overclocking wise for the cpu)

i have this hsf on it with ac ceramique.

I'm pretty sure the 2500 barton's come factory unlocked.

I think all the Nforce2 boards unlock thoroughbreds and bartons, and some palominos.
