Has anyone used these drivers for their onboard sound on a VIA board:

i have the a7v333 with the VT8233A southbridge but when i use these drivers it tells me that the "VIA AC97 audio chipset is not enabled and i should enable it in the bios" but the onboard sound is enabled through the jumper is there any extra settings in the bios?? When i use the cmedia drivers from asus the sound works but i dont like the drivers that much(i cant increase treble and bass seperatley). Does anyone know what the problem is?
