If you're aiming on Hynix, get the 43 "b".

I believe those are the chips used in Corsair and Mushkin PC4000.

Any good? Well that is a matter of much debate but I think it is safe to say they are the best quality PC4000 stick's you can get.

I would go for the BH-5 chips much tighter timings. Here is a link

Those chips are used in most quality PC4k+ sticks. The timings will be looser than BH-5 as stated above but the Hynix usually get higher FSB and work good in Intel setups from what I understand.

Here is a review for Mushkin 3500 Level II vs. other w/looser timings and also manufactured to run faster.
Others vs. Mushkin 3500 Level II (http://www.anandtech.com/memory/showdoc.html?i=1853&p=1)

and here are just the benchmarks if you are lazy and don't want to read the review[its very interest, i would highly recommend the read]

the Mushkin RAM can reach speeds of DDR458 soo I would say that is pretty good for 2.5-2-3-7.
