It doesn't seem like it's supposed to be used for your "knees", but on your desk. If your laptop doesn't have bottom fans I wonder if it would do much of anything at all...

If you cant use it on your lap, then whats the point in calling it a LAPtop cooler? It doesn't cool anything ontop of your lap. I think its useless if you don't have it all the time, unless you sit down at a desk to render some 3d on your laptop.
