Hi guys, I have a short and sweet question to ask about the Thermalright SK6 copper heatsink. Mined just arrived today from overclockers.co.uk and after reading an post in the amd motherboards section I'm wondering will my board be able to handle this HEAVY HSF combo. Does anyone else use a similar copper heat sink! Bloody hell this thing is heavy. Please reply

AMD Athlon 266FSB 1.4gig (????Thermalright SK6)
IWill KK266Raid (Bios May 2001 version)
256 PC133 Cruical RAM
ELSA 64DDR G-Force2 Ultra
etc....

Check your original post regarding your new setup...replied there! Probably not too heavy...I'm using CAK38 w/ my Duron and No Shim and I havent had any problems. If your very concerned...you might want to consider buying a non-conductive shim which will assure proper mounting.

Ok though I see most good heatsinks are around the same weight. However there's a post in the motherboard forum about a guy who used the HSF and it ripped the mount on the board and destroyed both the board and cpu. I don't want that to happen.
