Here it is, after a week or so of preping, testing and fixing.

I am very pleased with it, though I think after the holidays I will expand the window to the left so you can see the board more.

Been running Prime95 for 30 minutes or so now and temps are:

Case 20c
CPU 30c

This is with the rad fan at half power.
 
Nice looking case you have there, and I really like the idea of putting the rad outside like that. Altho if it were me I would lose the duct tape around the barb.
 
duct tape is the basic unit of structure and function in the universe :)
 
The duct tape is just temporary, keeps the radiator clamp from rubbing against the HD power
