Ok, or no Ok? Help Please!!

I have helped friends build some systems, and never really overclocked before. But all you guys seem so helpful and nice... not braggy. So im asking you all to see if this would be nice system to have. Also - if it would be compatible - and waht parts would work better - if any?

-T-Bird 1.4 mhz
-Some Asus motherboard. (maybe new Asus A7N266, or Asus A7M266)? Help me with this please - something with DDR and 266fbs.
-I need help with Power Supply and case stuff. i pretty much know the rest. I found this on the net - please tell me if its a good deal.

nice but get rid of the orb they are evil. try svcompucycle.com for some good deals on heatsinks and fans! everything else is fine. your post is a little confusing so I would just ask simple questions in the future. enjoy overclocking that 1.4 chip :-)
