What is your goal - performance or quiet?
Don't go with the black ice - I would get this:

You will not want to compromise your cooling by going with only an 80 mm fan... you need decent airflow over the heatercore in order to get decent temps.

Do you have a picture of what your computer looks like? Maybe we can recommend where to mount a heater-core... Get like a Chevette for less money than the D-Tek... If space is an issue then go with the mini-version of a regular heatercore from D-tek... If space is a REAL issue BIX micro???

He needs a BIX micro like he needs a hole in his head - unless space is a serious issue and you cannot do anything but 80mm, it is a bad choice.
The Dtek combo I recommended is the best option performance-wise. It comes already with the shroud and the barbs at the right sizes so it requires no personal handywork - if you can do that work yourself you can save some green here though by going with a chevette heatercore, like ILikeMy240sx suggested, as it's almost identical.
