DVD/RW, CDRW not working

Hey guys, I just built a new system (specs to follow) and everything was working fine for a couple days. I turn it on this morning and neither of the burners are working. They are being detected at startup, but they have the yellow asterisk next to them in Device Manager. I've tried them both separately, changing the jumpers to master when on single, and also trying Cable Select. Nothing. Any Ideas. They are both Lite-On burners.

Well, I got 'em working. Seems one of the programs I installed didn't agree with my system. Either Alcohol 120% or DVD X Copy. I'm not sure yet which one was the culprit, but I did a system restore to just before these proggies were installed and voila.
