I didnt have any idea what the stepping would be but I got a good one. =)
I was thinking about getting a 1.0, but since the 1.2s already have the bridges connected and it was only $20 more, I went for it.

I have an SK6, so I'll build it maybe tonight/tomorrow and see how far I can crank it.

So far I've overclocked this baby up to 1.40 ghz andholding steady till I get in my Swiftech 462 w/ the delta fan
Temps are around 117f with the stock heatsink fan running seti 24/7 These new stepping codes to me seem a bit cooler than the old axia's anyone else having the same results?

OMG that is great I just got a AXIAR Y type C in the mail 5minutes ago and I want to take my box apart and try it out! I want to get at least 1.5 out of her.

Let me know if you see a big improvment from your last cpu to 1400+mhz. Right no wim running a old slot a at 1000mhz. I might end up buying a 1.333 and iwill kk266 probbly next week when the prices drop again after the morgan comes out .

Got my 1.2 w/ 266 fsb axiar "y" at a local store here in san diego called Nth systems they sold it to me $112.00 not bad for a oem, hehe and funny thing is less than 5 miles away is Fry's electronics and they wanted $189.00 for the same damn thing..

My friend too has the sk-6, his chip is an axiar and it's so far to date the most overclockable chip that I've ever seen. its a 1GHz (200) bus chip and we managed to run it at 1533MHz (133x11.5) without changing the voltage. Defualt voltage and external voltage.
