So I installed my new 9600 Pro and XP recognizes 2 cards. My card and another one which it installs as a 9600 Pro - Secondary. I try uninstalling, reinstalling and updating the divers on both of them and I still get 2 cards. I had a ASUS V3800 which has a nVidia TNT2 chip. And I do beleive I removed all the drivers for it, come to think of it I think I even reinstalled windows after I put in the 9600.

Plus I have an S-Video ro RCA cable that came with my V3800 which I used almost daily with that card. I tried using it with the Radeon TV-Out and it just comes out blurry like the lines are unsynced. But if I make the output in black and white it works even better than my normal TV image, very crisp and clean. It also works in B&W when the system is starting up. I tried connecting the card to a tv with s-video input and it worked perfectly. Another BUT here, lol. The display control panel where you select which display to work, when I select TV both TV and Monitor are green, but if I deselect the TV, then the TV is red (off) and the monitor gray (not connected), then ocassionally trying to get the monitor to work again, the DVI one turns on, this thing is going crazy. If I restart the system it will display until XP fully boots up and the monitor and TV both don't disply. The signal just stops.

System:
ASUS A7V8X-X
2500+ Barton
256 PC3200

The secondary thing is normal. It is for dual monitor support.

How about the rest of it, specially the tv-out cause I watch a lot of movies and I don't want to move my pc to the s-video tv or swap cards everytime I want to wathc a movie.
