well, i just opened up my case to put on my new water cooling system, i took a look at my cpu core
and its a 1.1ghz AJFA 4 tbird, any information on overclocking, etc that i needa know about this?
also
i was usin the stock hsf with the pad that it came with, but my cpu had been getting so up (70C+) that the thermal grease had melted off and ran down the cpu core, down below to my videocard
plus the **** is so hard to get off, im usingnail polish remover with a razor blade, and its not coming off! at all :(

Cool it down before worrying about ocing it. The watercooling should help tremendously - just make sure that you're using good thermal paste (eg arctic silver - is there any other?), and that the waterblock is sitting level on the core. You say it's an AJFA, and generally it seems that the higher the letters the better the chip. AXIAs were all the rage till the AYHJA's came out, and still are pretty much, and yours probably won't perform quite as well. I'd still expect you to see about 1.3GHz out of it, maybe more depending on how well you can cool it and how much voltage you feed it :)
